Do look closely at Fnatic and DRX as well.
I think bdog is a good oper and someone who could learn new agents fast
I think these are new fans, these threads from Optic fans began very recently
yes they played well to make it into a 1v1, despite being on a low buy
100T has a lot of potential for a fresh squad, but their players must remain calm in these high-pressure situations. They shouldn't put themselves in situations where they have to come back.
there are more than 2 threads now, and most of them aren't 100T fans
he has played controllers before on his old teams
sounds more sensible than the original post
Yes, this is the important thing. Dropping Stellar for 5 seconds of stupidity doesn't make much sense.
Yes, Stellar played that clutch stupidly in the last second, but he has been good in general.
Yeah, he won't be able to forget that. The map could have gone 100T's way with that win.
NGL it was a little bit of Stellar being dumb for a second
Yes, it's viable, not braindead. I have been feeling the same thing since this roster started playing.
If Will plays Chamber and Asuna plays duelist, then Bang will have to play Skye/Kayo (which he is good at) and Stellar will have to play smokes. Seems fine, but I guess the players wanted the roles they are currently running. I remember hearing that bang wanted to play smokes and Asuna wanted to play flex on an interview.
Wait a minute...I've seen this somewhere
Yeah, his Raze is a little shaky (satchels I mean), but he is doing extremely well for a new role. nAts is going nuts too.
Yes FNATIC is super consistent. I think Optic Gaming (Envy) has also been comparably consistent.
Individually: Babybay is better
With their team: Victor is better
Actual guide on how to touch grass
I think Derrek is better for 100T. He doesn't have kills now because he's playing very supportive roles (no util for himself), but if you watch the games you can see that aim-wise, he's still just as cracked he was on Sova. His role is to setup his teammates, if he gets more kills than them it would mean one of 2 things:
and no PRX or Xerxia from APAC š¤£
The seeding does matter this time though if you see the playoffs format, so the other games are also important to some extent.
yeah I remember this guy, I asked him on a thread recently about it when he was supporting 100T all of a sudden.
Some of the TSM fans were making multiple posts to mock 100T after winning against them. All that for this.
Valorant isn't old enough to decide on a GOAT.
Faker and s1mple played and dominated the game for a long period of time, not just one tournament or a few months.
Ghost 2-0 TSM or Ghost 2-1 TSM
I like the current 100T squad and I do think 100T can win against Optic with the current comps, but while watching the game against TSM, I felt that their site executes with Neon and Breach were very oppressive (the whole site was stunned basically). 100T might be missing out on some of that, but as MourninggStarr mentioned above, working on fundamentals and synergy does seem to be more important given how new the team is.
My comment was more general than one match. If you check his all-time stats on Chamber and Jett, they're extremely close.
Jett:
ACS - 259.3
K:D - 1.36
Chamber:
ACS - 252.0
K:D - 1.40
Other stats like KAST, ADR, FKPR, FDPR etc are also close.
"Derke raze not good enough"
what are you smoking bro?
100T has shown good strats and teamwork so far, but I think their comps are not as innovative as that of teams like Optic, NRG, Faze, TSM.
Their comps are still similar to the Iceland Masters meta and not too new.
I think beating teams like Optic and C9 might need better comps.
Yeah, I was wondering the same thing.
IMO, they should be having cNed on chamber and zeek on raze like you said.
Liquid should also try Nivera on chamber more.
Yes exactly. Yay was insane on Jett and Chamber. I think he will dominate even if he plays other agents.
You think Yay can't play other agents? Let's see what happens.
Highly subjective thing to say.
Bhutan is the best though IMO.
I think it depends a lot on who prepped more and who has a good day. All teams in the NA challengers are pretty close in terms of gameplay except for Optic (better than the rest) and Sentinels (worse than the rest).
I agree with most of what you said, but I think XSET having an off day was also due to how 100T played on Map 1 Breeze. 100T had good reads on Breeze and played well as a team, which made it very hard for XSET to get rounds in the first half. Cryo had a bad Map 1 because 100T had good reads on his positioning. I think that has a significant role in "XSET's off day".
I agree with the rest. Guard was definitely not playing well against 100T and Ghost (seemed like they couldn't get the new roles to work well for them).
