Yep you're so right, players can't learn new roles and be good at them. It's so hard to learn new roles in a long off season. /s
Role issues isn't an issue if you actually want to win and when you have a whole off season to practice. If you're against it, you don't want to win anyways, players have to be flexible.
if Hero Base doesn't win I go bankrupt.
I mean during a long Valorant off season that normally happens they should be able to build up something competitive.
