good points, but i think it is fair to judge suggest's mechanical skill in his dfm stint. its a big enough sample size where his individual mechanical skill (disregarding the team environment, synergy, etc... and purely innate mechanical skill) was lacking, at least for the bar that buzz set.
realistically:
hyunmin, if offered by drx, will probably join
suggest, if offered by drx, will probably join
stew, if offered by drx, will probably decline the offer but there is a possibility
only thing im concerned is that Hyunmin is good, put we don't know how he performs under higher octane situations or his consistency yet. suggest has proved his skill, but in tier 1, he did flop in individual mechanics a bit, noticeably to BuZz.
stew is a good option, but BuZz has way better entry potential than stew, who is more reluctant on making space
