imo regular season placements should be a barometer for teams which didn't make playoffs and the for the decider on teams who both placed 5th-6th in it, that being said I find America LCQ format valid because rito gave better seeding to leviatan cuz they placed higher on regular season, despite finishing on 5th-6th in playoffs accordingly
