I mean I think most players on PRX get better with an IGL. Question is why they haven't picked up one or even developed one from their team. And even when they do that, they put in on Forsaken which is crazy considering he is the one that actually plays consistently from their team without any favourable requirement. You never put your best player on IGL. More likely than not, it will just put more pressure on them and they will underperform.

They trust their player A LOT. Like PRX have a true parasocial relationship with their players (insane thing to say). At some point you have to understand you are a team not a family. And PRX treats their players as a family which is a terrible situation when it comes to removing someone. Never form relationships like that in a business, kids. It will come back to bite you.
