i was watching TrickAIM and TrickGG or TrickVAL and he showed a explanation. Basically high ping compared to low ping, for example 10-20 player vs 60-80 player, the higher ping has a better peekers advantage, I don't exactly remember how he explained it, but it was something like high ping is better for holding and swinging vs a low ping person. People with low ping playing vs a high ping player, lets just the low ping player is holding a angle, the high ping player swings, the low ping player may having lower ping, but because the high ping player is so high, the high ping doesn't register as fast as a person that has 20-40 ping that is going against someone that is on 1-20

TLDR: If you were to peek someone with low ping when you're on high ping, they are fucked cause high ping has peekers advantage.
if the low ping person was to peek you (the high ping) the low ping most likely wins
