He had a tendency to shut down while IGL'ing and to micromanage and play with an APAC style too much. They tried having V1c and Moose IGL but it didn't work out and their personalities clashed too much. Overall the work environment just didn't work out so they had to move on

Xeppaa's stayed on C9 by his own merit. He's a good player with amazing intangibles (helps midrounding, good vibes), and has an insane work ethic, always streaming tons of ranked and also scrimming with his team

I don’t rate Rossy too much higher than Mitch, so if the team hated playing with Rossy, signing Mitch is pretty reasonable
I'm cautiously optimistic about this roster. Imo Mitch is an IGL that can bring the most out of V1c, Oxy, and Xeppaa

they didn't kick Rossy because of his skill they kicked him for personal reasons
With Rossy it seemed like Oxy and V1c struggled to consistently perform. If Mitch's leadership can activate them C9 will be fine
