Well its not a bad thought but its kinda counterintuitive. What i do is, i expect nothing but i am confident that i will win it still. I just give it a go, clear corner one by one and play for the maximum value. Won many clutches with this thought, instead of just running away saving or scarily entering the battlefield without doing basic things like checking corners or peeking correctly because you have the mindset (its not worth doing allat because i will lose anyway)
