Its nice in someplaces lmao. Nah its a great spot for turists I encourage everyone who wants nice beaches and fun times to come here but its not the best place at all. The colonial zone is really fun for everyone tho if you want to club and go bar hopping.

i was having fun at the waterslide when suddenly i noticed a big shadow covering the entire pool i looked up and there i saw him, Ardiis. He was coming straight for me, he jumped into the pool and the velocity of the wave that followed knocked me unconcious.
When i woke up i was chained in a cold and dirty room and there he was, streaming the popular shooter game VALORANT on Twitch while talking to his chat, somehow he managed to say the word "bro" 254 times in just 3 sentences how is that even possible?? I quickly realised that the chains were actually made of chocolate, confused (and mainly hungry) i started licking and sucking them as fast as i could and managed to crawl out of the room -that i presumed was probably his mothers basement- while remaining unseen.
I searched around the house for an exit and i quickly found the front door. As soon as i exited the building i saw a horde of angry Brazilians holding blowtorches and pitchforks chanting at ardiis and calling him a racist and a loser. I didn't really care so i tried to get out of the scene as soon as possible but just as i was about to step out of the house, ardiis put his enormous hand on my shoulder and whispered with a soft and melodic tone in my ear "You're not going anywhere pumpkin pie" and "Daddy's gonna take care of this swifly". He stepped out of the house and suddenly yelled "WATCH THIS" as he flamboyantly dashed into the air and suddenly made 5 knives materialise around him. He used the knives to effortlessly tap every single brazilian in the area.
I was so afraid, blood was spilled everywhere. When it all was over ardiis looked in my direction and i knew that it was over, if they didnt stand a chance, then i wouldnt either, so i just gave up. Ardiis started walking in my direction each step making the ground shake. When he got to me he just sat down on me saying that i got cold and he needed to warm me up. After a while he took me inside the smelly basement again and took his clothes off. He started smelling me and licking my ear, and then he suddenly got very embarrased and told me i can just leave.
Turns out that this was a huge misunderstanding, this whole time he thought that i was a chocolate egg and he wanted to eat me. The disappointment on his face when he realized the mistake he had done was palpable, a tangible testament to the depth of his sorrow

Nah optic was the only team to bring it to an international and win with it so I would consider they popularized it.
Both those comps play completely different imo i see them different. If not fut created that comp then.

You definitely used to see teams try new things moreso than emea in americas in the early season. Furia ran chamber on split, double flash on pearl. 100t tried single controller on lotus, viper over kj on ascent. Sen tried the challengers comp over viper harbor. We saw a lot of different split comps before double duelist set. Loud tried a chamber on bind, double controller neon on fracture. EG tried gekko harbor astra on pearl, sova on fracture. C9 tried pheonix sage astra on pearl, they tried breach skye on ascent and viper skye on ascent too. But yeah theres no attempt at innovation in americas.
When I mean new stuff I mean comps with completely new utility in mind not just a cypher over a kj. That has more to do with players themselves wanting to play cypher over kj.
I agree I dont think it has to do with whos better or anything, if anything it has to do with Na being more around minmaxing their game plan on maps and allat. Im not speaking on harbor i dont think thats the thing. They dont like skye as much and like fade a lot for some reason.
Idk eg always tries crazy comps, c9 created the neon skye comp on lotus, loud has this semi/optic fpx comp on fracture, and chamber on bind, furia tried the chamber comp on split. So many different things they have tried over the season.

It feels like emea rarely tries to innovate in maps except for like fut and navi. Even the fnatic lotus comp feels archaic do we know why its like this or is it just different meta due to different playstyles.
Maybe americas is just spoiled because of EG Loud and c9 making different comps all the time.

I still think they do they just didnt have data to anti loud. Props to loud for saving strats it actually payed off. Also loud was really good at the anti themselves in bind and fracture.

Nah i dont think eg will be going insane over tokyo placement when the roster cant go. Nrg wont play as well without pressure they have always looked worse in the upper bracket + they have never tried much after qualifying like the guard and xset games. But hey who knows.

Other way around imo. Optic core has always played better with pressure they are known for lower bracket runs, EG already qualified and they have footage on all of NRG’s maps + playing with no pressure they will be insane. Will be close tho. But same reason optic never got 1st seed into any internationals.
