Good analysis but I have to say their biggest issue is the same as envy back in Berlin. Mikes is a great assistant coach but as a main coach team is too predictable and got called out by runi and mce, stellar’s lackluster mid rounding and mikes coaching style is not a good mesh.
I think it was more about runi having good energy and culture, vanity is a free soul but ruin slotted into a system perfectly. Runi can stop fragging and they still look better.

I think issue was probably an issue with structre and team culture. Idt role issues were the actual issue.

Chamber buff:
C - should be reworked into a smoke that lasts 4 seconds and can be directed like a skye flash if held down. 2 charges
Q - should be changed into an ability that instantly elevates him in order to take high ground 2 chargea
E- should be changed into an ability that needs to be activated before used but when used again moves chamber insanely quickly a short distance.
Ult - reworked to 5 bullets that do 50 damage but has perfect movement accuracy, 3x headshot multiplier and right click that shoots them all at the same time for 30 damage each.

You do know the big orgs are consistently losing money and could fail at any time. What we need rn during this esports economic crisis is stability not development. Lots of talk like tsm leaving league, clg just disbanding and 100t doing layoffs, when we can get a stable economic situation we can start focusing on making better opportunities for new and growing orgs.
