People i know who are serious about improving play like 4-5 games a day. Most of the guys ive met climbed after increasing their time on the game. But depends on the person for sure. I personally played about 4 games daily when i was really into the game but was still stuck D2-D3.

you just need to play more probably. its hard to have real consistency or improvement on 1-2 games a day

It makes prepping for them a little too easy, and agents like breach and kayo are weak rn. If they do make champs they will need to work on new comps or they will just be anti stratted
