I literally have no idea why they aren’t doing this you have a 7 team LCQ why not add another team and make a double elimination bracket? And another benefit the fans get to see the strength and get to learn the team that will be join their VCT league

Oh 100% I mean I think that because Liquid are so stacked everyone looks at Soulcas as the weakness when they lose but most of the times his util is great and has good impact and is doing what his role requires

If this match were later in the tournament I'd say 2-1 NRG but since NRG hasn't seen FNC play and FNC definitely has new comps and strats cooked up I'd say 2-0 FNC

like if FNC win Tokyo there's no argument to be made for a "fluke" (this tournament is the most competitive) or "meaningless tournament"

like NAVI are gonna have to show everything (no saving strats, no hiding comps) to qualify for Champions

and if they make it then all the other already qualified teams have had time to prep and anti strat them so it’s gonna be hard for NAVI ngl

I have high expectations for them especially after the navi series and them losing to EG (which should've gone to map 3) and prior to that second half on Ascent you can’t tell me that the performance by them was anything but good and it’s fair to say that they’ve been underwhelming so far
