I believe we can, maybe we could forego the monetary compensation and just leave it as their clients Canadian Privileges are revoked fully and permanently, they may continue using the Canadian flag on vlr but they are not welcome to any of The Canadian Council nor any of its privileges' as stated before.

What brought this to a head was in this post Here where your client states and I quote "i hate poutine".
In response to the above message, senior member of The Canadian Council, revoked your clients Canadian Privileges'. This wasn't the end however, as your client said Here "it is all stink trash" referring to Poutine.
I hope this clears everything up.
