No? never said that edg is a "no" "because 5/6th" just pointed out that this was their first ever good international showing and y'all are alr calling them "best in the world"

posted 2 months ago

their WR% WAS AND IS THE LOWEST OUT OF THE TEAMS ATTENDING are you stupid? and u can literally repeat ur argument to every team there is making it absolutely a game of wits that's why teams have head coaches/coaches/assistant coaches/analysts.

posted 2 months ago

indeed i think vit's POTENTIAL is higher i never said edg is a bad team

posted 2 months ago

well no shit, they played 4 games together. edg played 31. including many more bo5's, also u said they changed igl's. they didn't. nobody was their igl since edg existed and still is.

posted 2 months ago

whenever edg wins its always damn kang kang and chichoo popped off.

posted 2 months ago

the thing is. That vitality made the change and played 4 games so far with them. not to mention 0 international actually 2 of their players have at least some experience while edg played 31 games with that change. and they still changed less back then than vitality now. so what is that argument at all now. I said vitality made more changes and they just started playing together this is not the case for edg there are barely any teams that actually played 31 games together without a change

posted 2 months ago

who is to blame here lol the teams obviously? btw drx has one of the worst wr% on lotus from all the teams attending bangkok based on kickoff stats. SO what is the argument "when they played it differently" u meant it was always one of their worse maps yet they destroyed sen

posted 2 months ago

no one is disrespecting them bozo. ig we'll see at this tournament this powerful edg

posted 2 months ago

exactly? lmao you are comparing vitality that changed their roster more than edg just before this kickoff to a team that played 2 internationals together+ half of their league season and literally have the same coach since then that also was with them for longer as a sub coach that got promoted to assistant to then head coach still a long ass time ago and the core players attending their like 7th interantional rn

posted 2 months ago

true my bad but they also had a rookie icy and now they got that dawg jawgemo and i didnt say rookie team just that they (players) didnt have as much int experience as the teams they had to face and in 2022 they also played 2 games

posted 2 months ago

Im just saying that there was lots of luck invovled so many things going their way starting from the bracket y'all dont know how much of a difference it is going on a tournament and getting to save strats cause u get to play the easiest 2 teams to just get to semis then u win 1 bo3 2-1 bcs ur opponents are playing dogshit on the day and u get pick and ban prio to the grand finals and more days off to prepare

posted 2 months ago

to be honest it was that roster first international they def look more mature now at the end of the day we'll see its just discussions and opinions

posted 2 months ago

well i just think that if u honestly replay that lev match they propably win most and if heretics didnt have an off day aswell whilst edg popping off it would be different respect to them but i still think they just dont look that convincing so far especially seeing that 1st match vs liquid who is also a team with 3 players changed and coaching staff

posted 2 months ago

ofc they can since trace even 2-0'd edg just 2 months ago

posted 2 months ago

Wow Lotus was sen's pick and their 2nd best map aswell if not the best btw while also lotus is drx's one of the worse maps WHILE ALSO edg is good on split and always has been

posted 2 months ago

vitality changed coaching staff, roles and 2 players also edg made the change 8 months ago+ have the same coach that was first their sub coach then assistant coach and now head coach(still 8 months ago) while vitality did it before kickoff so its a huge ass difference like literally night and day actually they played half a season+int's together while vitality just played kickoff with the changes

posted 2 months ago

well cause rn g2 looks clean, clean af, tbh prime geng never looked as good as how clean g2 can play back to back so far they just look more promising like if u put those teams in a vacuum and put both at peak form g2 looks the favorite IMO

posted 2 months ago

casuse most ppl know that they were max 5/6th every int before that and they had the easiest bracket till semis and then caught both leviatan and heretics on an off day and the fact that lower finalists needed to play 2 bo5's day after day for some reason while the team in upper has days off and even pick and ban prio its always swinging to the upper finalists but imo if you replay the leviatan match they would had propably lost 7 out of 10 times but welp that's just my opinion i think

posted 2 months ago

"defending world champs" yea they won the last champs 1 and only international win actually one and only placing better than 5/6th and tbh they played trace and sentinels to get to semis that was propably the easiest opponents they could had get could even save strats and they also caught lev and heretics kinda both not playing up to par obviously it wasnt a fluke gotta give them respect indeed but i dont think they should get hyped to this extend

posted 2 months ago

tbh it heinsight cause the players also matured and before were fairly inexperienced at int's with previous coach

posted 2 months ago

yeah bcs #1 seed's are clearly sooo much better they got 2-0'd but it migh have been 2-1/ 1-2 it was OT meanwhile sen got smoked while drx is considered worse than edg

posted 2 months ago

yea but they will only be better its a whole new roster while edg stayed almost the same for years

posted 2 months ago

that's what i said, i said - zekken +good entry duelist and sen is 2x better

posted 2 months ago

yeah yeah i got lost in thoughts

posted 2 months ago

they are a great team but they are beatable the difference is that most teams are visibly unstoppable, super strategic etc like they dont need to be in their best form to perform while if edg has a bad day or 2 players its over getting 2-0 by trace or even jdg 3 months earlier they lost to prx dfm geng t1 all in a row and it wasnt that close, if chichoo and kang kang dont pop off imo they lose vs every other #1 team at bangkok

posted 2 months ago

but tenz barely called actually pretty sure he was a test igl for a bit and they didnt make it out of what would be back then acension, like i said honestly you can count on one hand where in a high stake match tenz does something extremly smart that's not called by his igl im sorry but that's the truth, tenz is a great shooter good entry but he left and zekken is supposed to fill his shoes but he has 1 good map every 5 maps he only pops off vs the worst teams, when it matters he completly chokes i think - zekken + a real duelist entry and its fixed, rn sentinels literally have to play around him to even give him chances to frag, u rarely see him creating his own chances(only jett)

posted 2 months ago

Honestly this whole tournament is all about the #1 seed's in every kickoff so far there was a huge gap visible maybe only TL reverse sweeping heretics showed that they are good but i still think the favorites to take this whole thing are: DRX/VIT/G2

posted 2 months ago

damn what a bait how does tenz have "more iq" when all he did was frag u could propably count on one hand the amount of times he made a smart play, meanwhile bang is a clutch god and keeping multiple teams in multiple rounds, palyoffs, tournaments by completely popping off/outsmarting enemies.
-Sacy was a very good move, only real problem for sen is zekken who is SUUUUPER inconsistent time and time again, he has 1 pop off map every 2 mid +2 bad games

posted 2 months ago

sadly tarik used to be the best out there which gained him the audience he now has but he stopped even paying attention seems like they only time he watches a game is when sen plays and he still watches it 50/50 really sad fall off

posted 2 months ago

yeah u named players that give pr answers other than zekken but he's young and talks humbe in interviews also why would they trash talk their former teammate

posted 2 months ago

a lot of pros agree for PR

posted 2 months ago

Predcitions for finals?
I think 3-2 DRX and with that being said i think buzz choke
NA 3-1 G2
EMEA 3-1 Vitality with 1 OT

posted 2 months ago

honestly the sentinel category is completely wrong i dont think less is very good
shyy 3
leaf 2
1 idk
but also Nobody is a flex initator who's also igl and is doing crazy things def should be ranked higher
also Mada definetly deserves a spot somewhere and zekken is def not top 2

posted 2 months ago

but he played a couple of matches in all of those orgs excluding tsm but half of it was in tier 2 aswell but in T1 he looked good gotta give him that

posted 2 months ago

but its most of his experience tho would u say that he played a lot in pro play idk idk

posted 2 months ago

it just isn't counted properly he didn't play all that much on "real" tournaments also if u watched his stream you'd know that he was indeed playing a lot of it

posted 2 months ago

well either way im not flaming rossy he's a good option im just saying that his other agents didnt look that good

posted 2 months ago

well im talking before C9 and he got dropped for a reason there and it was pretty quick

posted 2 months ago

but then he started playing chamber mostly and is mostly known for it (everything pre c9) and why he wasn't in vct and still isnt after that? because he is mid on other agents sure everyone has 1 agent that he is best at but chamber isnt and wont be meta anytime soon especially with tejo now in the mix where he is easily countered and cleared

posted 2 months ago

sorry but fns is so washed that even without major experience -30 will make more rounds difference than his calling

posted 2 months ago

v1c sure might be worth a try but gobera might be a language barier issue and for igl communcation is key

posted 2 months ago

if rossy can learn to play more agents than chamber then yeah on everything else he's mid (tho still wouldnt do -30 100%)

posted 2 months ago

true tho teams feel awkward now there isnt any real replacement he could fill in any team that would make sense zekken is doing good and has chemistry same goes for current g2 they look insane and jawgemo is def hard to replace buut if they didnt have jawg g2 would still be insane tbh

posted 2 months ago

nah imo s0m is reliable, solid player with pop off moments but he never ever was underperforming on a let's say this verno series level + gotta take into account that his role is not easy with a shitty igl like fns who's finished for a year alr

posted 2 months ago

i said if he doesnt pick it up cause its actually rare to see even a rookie perform so poorly in the whole series

posted 2 months ago

whole series

posted 2 months ago

tbh rossy wasn't that bad but i wouldn't place him as an igl or a mid round igl tbh well they could for sure win some matches in the league but tuff

posted 2 months ago

it's obvious -FNS but who would be a good fit for an igl (experience does its thing, tho i know its not hard to replace -30) if verno doesnt pick it up also -verno(his high's are high but low's are just as low) but who would y'all replace them for

posted 2 months ago

yup making fns look good is some god's work

posted 2 months ago

yeah honestly imagine mada having an actual igl i always knew he's good and needs a chance but damn not only the calls were trash but felt like there was barely any calls or answers pujan is finished its time to retire, maybe in an insane tier 2 he would still find a place but thats it also so sad that s0m came back to THIS
