Parting ways is a good move for both T1 and Rossy. Rossy made a name for himself and he can go back to his familiar environment and thrive in NA tier-1.
T1 can finally go back to more comfortable for their core, Korean comms and possibly make a roster overhaul to strengthen the squad, because Korean talent pool is huge.
