probably winning or losing? I already said the coach deserves = blame to players. My main point is that using the coach as a scapegoat is a low iq coping mechanism.
I agree vitality have braindead gameplay but the coach doesn't call mid rounds. Suggesting its the coach's job to tell your players to stop dry swinging an op is absurd. A professional player should be able to think about that themselves.
Could the coach do better? Probably. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't hold the players accountable just because the coach is bad when they deserve just as much blame.

even if true hes the least of the issues of NA ranked. high immortal and radiant is full of win traders and losers who 5 stack 1 immortal 4 irons to radiant.
you say it as if its easy to just replace the IGL and find a new one. s0m is also most likely a package deal with FNS so if one goes so does the other. Nobody really knows what happened within the team but with the videos that NRG have posted verno just seems like he doesn't give a single fuck.

have you not watched anything from the NRG interviews? Verno clearly has an attitude problem. Its one thing to develop a player and another to babysit. Hes a talented player but to my understanding it was also a team decision not necessarily a management decision.
They have tried getting rid of FNS once and it failed miserably. Who would you even replace him with as IGL?

hes not the level of derke or aspas but i would say hes alright. More of a "gets the job done" kind of duelist. Much better than icy IMO.

on NA theres a huge problem with russians playing on high ping in immoral elo mostly east coast servers. I find them the most if I play in the morning/early noon EST time.

NRG will never become championship contenders if they just replace rosters every split. They should not change anyone till at least after split 1 but maybe if they had to change anything a new coach might be fine.

hes not aspas level I agree but hes kinda what G2 needs. He doesn't need to carry; just needs to consistently get a kill and make space which he so far is good at. G2 needed a stable duelist not really a carry because the rest of the team usually pops off too.
