nope its cuz icebox has been a perma ban for optic (they tried using neon last masters v fpx and failed. then switched to brim and failed twice I think) + DRX's icebox has been one of the best. Also haven has been one of their perma bans
DRX and Optic get to ban one each -> 2 picks per team with one decider left
will be the traditional way regardless optic came from upper finals.. for GF Loud get to pick the bans and first map
