Perfectly rated. Even bonecold is fairly rated. Nobody expects him to be some kinda IGL god, but even with makeshift IGLing he achieved impressive results but can't be compared to stax, FNS, ANGE1, sadhaak.

SCARZ went 6-1. They were dominant and even beat Crest Gaming with troll comp although crest is a dogshit team. CR is overall way better though.

6/8 teams are being qualified to playoffs, and honestly some of the teams are shit. Compare it to other leagues, where 8 teams are qualified from much bigger team list. Brazil will probably have the same format. EMEA on the other hand has 4 teams out of 10 in NE and East.
