Cypher is better in every way. And the upcoming deadlock buffs won’t change anything. Best designed as anti-dive util (place it where Jett dashes, where raze lands after satcheling). It does need to be paired with someone else to swing or util because unlike cypher trips, it don’t scan. The biggest problem with deadlock though is that she has no value on attack and it isn’t compensated for by being great on defense.
