FPX beat Gambit

Who would be above the other in the Head2Head? Or would they use round diff?

I don’t want to see the fake smokes gone personally, they can make for some cool plays and they’re not even close to what makes Astra oppressive, it’s the succ, the ability recharge speed, and the fact that she has FIVE stars that makes her oppressive imo (especially when paired with a slow from chamber or stun)

I think it’s cuz they’re a team with emotional players who don’t have much big game LAN experience (not all of them ofc), so when the shots are hitting, they’re hitting, but when they aren’t it’s a hard block.

Why would they put all of the NO.1 seeds against each other? That completely ruins the point of having first seed, surely the 1st seed teams (especially for the larger regions) would play the lower seed teams / LCQ teams to increase their chances of making playoffs, an advantage which comes with being 1st seed?

Oh I completely agree with you in the sense that the old results don't matter. Everything changes in a year's time and those past matches mean nothing going into today. I agree, but it never seemed like a problem with the Scout in CS. Sure people complained every so often but it was never a massive topic of convo like with the classic here. I think the biggest problem lies in the fact that in a gun round for example, if things get hectic, you will ALWAYS have that free gun as a backup if you need to kill an OP as a last ditch effort, and the ability to jump with that “always there” gun makes it unreasonably difficult for the person with the rifle/op to defend (thinking Bind B site for example)

Liquid are already confirmed for LCQ no? If there was a chance (Such as gambit winning Berlin) that they make it to Champions automatically, they wouldn’t auto be in LCQ would they?
