As someone who play both games in a regular basis I have to say valorant is easier. I dont have to go full tryhard mode in valorant but in cs it feels like if i am not careful/tryhard enough i will get humiliated by the enemy team easily. Basically, valorant allows a bigger room of error than csgo.

Which, is not a problem being an easier game because it appeals more to the general public, for example girls which is basically non existent in csgo enjoys valorant more because the skill ceiling is lower and it is not as hard to learn this game to a decent level.

This clip is horribly taken out of context. The title is completely made up, I'm not talking about our team not practicing lol and I'm not justifying any team to not put in the hours.

I had people constantly saying I should stop streaming and practice in my chat at 10pm on Saturday, like we had to spend every minute awake during our lives practicing as a team. The word choice is not the best but it's horrible how this can get posted here and picked apart as an official statement lol. I'm saying the hours put into practice does not linearly scale, but you also need to spend the time correctly. Us 5 stacking a ranked is not practice.
