Not that I know of but you could make one pretty easily, just make a spreadsheet with all the players and make a scoring system, that could honestly be really fun I would be willing to start a project like that, I might make a post about if people are interested

you think pro teams take scrims seriously? Teams go into scrims usually with the goal of practicing one or two things not winning
