T2 has a shitton of moves in NA so it's understandable.
What a dominant first map.
Who's to say they aren't sandbagging? That's the real move.
That is the worst shit I have seen in the history of Valorant. Usually close ones are exciting, but that was depressing.
Entropiq looking scary after this LB run.
mowzassa diff
This aged really well.. Like a fine french cheese.
Grats!!

9700k+ 2070 according to Zellsis.
Edit: Keep in mind, that this could only be talking about the prac room PC's.
Entropiq go shoot the heads.
Pro tip: Search for games on runitback.gg, they feature a 2D reconstruction of the game with kill counts, angles etc... Once you've found a particularly interesting moment from that, go to vlr.gg and search for the match VOD and hope the observers caught it. That's a good way to find the multi-kill moments.
A method to find clips for particularly good frags would be to download the VOD chat and use messages-per-minute as a proxy measurement for when chat finds a particular play exciting(so you don't miss the non-multikill ones).
Easier, but more laborious methods are to obviously just go to the clips section on the twitch channel and click through all the clips or to watch the VODs.
Fnatic 🙏
The hope of KRÜ on the international stage is mainly based on scrimbux mentioned in an interview. Those scrimbux interviews never really pan out do they?
If they do they might as well take the whole tourney.
I mean... It's better, than single elim.
🧐
Man, BDS just pulled out that 2021 Viper+Skye+Astra on Split, but Vitality just said "Fuck it, we're going back to 2020" and won.
It is a separate roster under the same org. It fulfills the most important objectives(imo), which are the ability to practice amongst each-other & cultivate talent. Agent flexibility & map versatility should be standard in any individual team; forcing a larger playerpool just to fill those gaps beyond a 6th or a 7th player won't work in this game. Academy teams allow for you to grow your talent faster and bring them up to the main team, if needed. This comes with the added bonus of not eroding player satisfaction. A lot of players have reported being dissatisfied in OWL, because of the 7<man structure, some ride the bench for long periods and in general the culture will definitely not sit nicely with a playerbase, that has mainly come from counter-strike.
10-man teams in general don't make sense for anything, that's not a league format where you are restricted to make roster moves over a long period. I believe, that most people primarily care about the players and not the orgs they represent, that's more relevant for a league with actual team brands.
In LCS for example, academy teams are the standard. That is what I am envisioning to become the standard over time for this game as well once it matures.
And for the "it makes >bo3's more watchable/playable", this one I just do not get. Unless both of them are just going to swap all players in the middle of a boX, it certainly won't make it easier for the core. And for the viewers, I don't know, that is your personal preference, I guess.
Alternatively you could have an additional 5 man team... I think theres a name for those... Academy teams?
They actually have a tactical pause UI thing now? Cool.
How is this guy not here already? Y'all trippin.
Flair.
Not until there is a concrete metagame. In OW 2/2/2 just made sense, the roles are well defined; unlike in Valorant where they are much much more fluid and map-dependent.
I wish it worked both ways. Like there would be red stars for those shitposters, that accumulate downfrags. Balanced like all things should be.
Everyone is expecting upsets of some sort, but I'm expecting the true upset; which is no upsets at all. Take that as you will.
Klaus... I remember this kid... Legend
They didn't nerf Viper. They nerfed Fnatic.
Only if BR>Other regions. Like if BR dominates Iceland, this argument could be made.
Yea I feel like it could be some health problem of a higher-up.
Vikings have played Viper only once on Icebox. Sharks have never played it in official. The time Vikings played Viper on Icebox they only barely clawed a win against an Omen comp.
Icebox Viper EMEA playoffs pickrate: 100%
Icebox Viper NA challengers finals pickrate: 88%
Icebox Viper SEA challengers finals pickrate: 83%
Icebox Viper KR challengers finals pickrate: 61%
Icebox Viper BR challengers finals pickrate: 38%
The amount of times these teams have played against Viper Icebox in officials: 2(Sharks) 0(Vks). Sharks lost both of those maps.

All I'm saying is, they should prep against these compositions more. Scene isolation is a real thing. Seeing the way other scenes have switched to pretty much majority Viper pickrates on Icebox should be telling.
Neither team utilizing Viper on Icebox, but they both utilize her on Bind o_O
lets fucking go entropiq
Sry I'm tired.. I couldn't see, that the match is in 5 days.
No stream available.
You're saying gambit's position is insane? What's insane is Futbolist #2. Holy shit.
I don't know whether Sharks or Furia would perform better internationally.
Stop making metaposts of yourself or making mentions of yourself on this site. You are turning yourself into a lolcow in real time.
People think NA vs EU is the real show. The real show is NA vs BR; who gets to humiliate the other.
BR>NA = months of complaining about the 3 slots given to NA.
Isn't the point he's trying to make, that they play against each-other united by qualifiers, just like EMEA.
The only reason I don't think it's realistic is maybe ping?
These recent tournaments just show, that not being able to adapt is detrimental to even some of the best teams.
GL are the better team individually, but Viper on Icebox is so brutal. It's pretty much a necessity for equivalently matched teams.
Misunderstanding follows misunderstanding :D
both teams playing the viper on bind, you love to see it
Overall probably true, but at the same time that swinging is a part of why they are so good, it's not only for fights it's also for info. Their midrounding is above the two EU teams IMO. That's one thing, that's a particular painpoint for Fnatic especially; they look insane when they've got the read and things are going their way, but stumble when it doesn't. Sentinels play more fluid and can do really good executes even when a crucial component of their team is down.
