Smurf. If you look at his spike rush matches you can easily conclude his MMR is very low so when all of a sudden he starts playing insane, his actual MMR takes time to adjust.
Basically despite the rank, he is playing against low MMR players aka shitty players that's why the consistency

Just try to copy yay's aim and play senti, you will climb easily. I got from iron to plat in a month or two(ik its not impressive but valorant is my first game other than chess or sudoku) by just trying to have calm clean aim like yay.
Feeling bad won't do any good. Just make sure you don't repeat it next day, have a plan and just stick to it. Remember it's not the first mistake that kills you, repeating the mistake does.
A good way to build a habit is rewarding yourself with some free time in between study, so just pick a time, study and after you feel like it's been a long time take a break but make sure you don't do something that addicting or very long like scrolling shorts or reels or like sitting to watch the whole season of an anime.

My problem(?) with GC is it was supposed(marketed as) to be a safe place for less represented groups which aren't generally take up gaming from birth unlike boys i.e. girls, but now we have male who converted to female and get an opportunity to play in a special league.
Basically, boys generally lean towards gaming from start but girls don't and those who do aren't well recieved by the society(?), but boys who converted to female don't have to struggle through the same that girls do but still get to play in it
