tldr ; every region need 2 more ascention spot to avoid a team that go to champions being relegated, non represented T2 league need their partner team even if they are not that good so their player can improve (Oceania, Viet Nam, Russia, MENA, Mexico)
That exactly what they are doing. Amercias is fusionning, and APAC minus Korea is grouped together, but it seems they are kinda cold feet, and they may not fully commit to it.

You can scrim SEA but I would be really surprised if they could scrim KR.
It wasn't a full Indian team, it was 1 player, not enough player impacted to have a real effect (especially on a so long term), Keep in ming that in Season 1, India beat a top 2 KR team, now they are lower than lower
Team are in Korea, their ping would be to mush on SG, even Taiwan have a too high ping to play on SG serv, so I dont think they can play on SG with a decent ping, and even if that was the case, wish team in Korea would accept to play a game on a bad ping against a weak team x)
Loosing against better team grant you experience, it's good for long term, never underestimate that
No indian player playing in T1 --> No experience for Indian player in T1 --> gap between India and other part of the world increase (Plus in India you can't scrim Asian team because of ping if i'm no right.)

Riot give a spot to GE --> They want to conquered Indian market
Bleed didn't drop because of bad --> Drop because no pay
GE going full import --> Loss of interest of Indian (Even if GE win champions) --> GE dropped for another indian org
GE going last every time with imports and think long term --> They develop Indian market, maybe hope to go good in 5 years

I have a weird playstyle based on the fact I have no aim and I don't really play Valorant as if it was an FPS (I keep the tactical, I drop the shooter), that based on manipulating the defense to plant a free site, play the postplant, and never try to duel anyone (I think the majority of my kill are on people that show me their back I have only 80% of chance to win my duel when he show me his back). In defense I'm almost useless and have 2 way to be usefull, operator against no smoke team, push and take opponent in their back. On almost every map beside ascent I have better attack than def
My best one is Split, 55% (I have only 3 games on Abyss full win, but I cant count them), because I can manipulate the defense on Split and plant in a place where it's almost impossible to defuse on both A and B and I have enough different place to hide and reduce the risk the opponent check me so I dont have to duel anyone, (Or camping in their spawn if I'm not the spiker and I lurk instead), on this map I'm 55% in atk with a negative KD and 48% in def (with a slightly better KD).
My worst map is Lotus (39%), I like the map but the postplant are weak or predictable, so I can't really use my magic power there, I have only 51% WR in atk and 42% in def
Ascent is my only map where atk is better than def (49.4% vs 50%), and the only map where my atk is worst than Lotus, but one of only map where i'm not in negative in defense

They tried to qualify into tier 2.
The problem is that doing both GCC circuit and T2/T3 circuit take a lot of time (and sometime the game are played in the same time) and the cashprice is far better in GCC. But for the next split, Riot did some changes, and now the team that qualify to GCC will be granted a free spot in promo-relo, so we might see more chance to have GC team in tier 2 (But, well, doing both T2 and GCC will be really exhausting for this teams.. To me every team that go in T2 should be granted a direct place into GCC without having to go in GC EMEA so their calendar is more light, and it's an incentive to tryhard the T2.)
Take in note 2 GC BR team will qualify to BR T2 for split 3, and it's probably the region where the gap between GC and Male are the mush closer (some team where really, really close to qual last time)
