They are scared because they are getting aim diffed and they aren't used to it
Except 10 of the 12 wins are all OpTic
Except Zeta's run is the biggest example of a fluke there is in Valorant, Japan never achieved anything and is already back to getting grouped. Not to mention their run relied on beating teams like Fnatic who had 2 subs and Liquid who didn't even qualify
Viewership is always down in summer, see Berlin being second lowest or other games like LoL where LEC/LCS always have less viewers during the season in summer compared to spring
Yeah I think they reduced to 12 from 16 because they want champions to be bigger than masters (like they do in LoL) but it would be better if we had 16 in masters with all teams in group stage and 24 teams in champions
FPX played 15 maps
PRX played 4 maps
the difference in numbers of maps played between some teams is ridiculous
why do we barely get to watch #1 seeds like this
Except there are reasons outside of the game as to why EMEA shit the bed last masters
Internationally they have 1 title, 1 final and now they have secured at least top 3, they have achieved more than any team in the world
Only tournament where it happened and it will never be the case again
Yeah Fnatic is a tier above but as long as other teams are competitive with other regions you can't really say they are a one team region
EMEA teams almost always make top 8 even when they send their 3rd or 4th best teams ?
Yeah Riot’s goal is to avoid the chance of having too many teams from the same region making a deep run
Perhaps reach a final first
weird is a nice way to put it
imagine thinking teams should get to playoffs based on how many fans they have
There will be more blowouts once some teams are more comfortable on stage
Every region is a big stretch
Liquid was fine for a 4th place team tbh
