Teams who struggle to stay at the top fail because they don't innovate.
Top teams like EG, LOUD, 2021-2023 NRG, FNATIC, PRX all innovate and try to come up with new ways to approach the game and ways to play against different metas. They're going to be a step ahead of everyone because they know what they need to expect from the enemies whereas the enemies need to adapt a lot on the fly
Teams like LEV, DRX and even TGRD were on the top because of their discipline and following their protocols. Even though they weren't the ones inventing the meta they were so disciplined and under control that they always knew how to react to different situations mid round
Their ideas and playstyle would've been more effective against an solo viper comp. they lost in the midrounds where LOUD were able to just rotate and re-hit sites freely with a harbor. EDG's ideas of denying space just were dismantled with all the harbor smokes close by instead of just a default viper wall smoke on 1 site of the map.
EDG midround disasterclass.
Why did they start exploring and didnt stick to their man advantage for retake.
Icebox is a simple textbook map an people are making it so complicated...
Try to take control everywhere -> Decide which site to hit -> play post plant
Try to deny space in both mains. If they get through either clear mid and play retake or just stack site fast.
They need to switch it up bro i can't listen to it every match
HAHAHAHA LETS GET WASTED WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Riot games doing a good job getting everyone into reggaeton music
Andou na prancha
Cuidado, Tubarão vai te pegar
Tubarão, te amo
Falcão, te amo, LK
I hope they keep ascent, switch it up on other maps
Buzz, stax, K1ng, stew, MaKo
Definitely top 5 itw
I thought this was about YESicaN
All except 1 KC and all except 2 TH players played in tier 2. Tier 2 is stacked with skill, theres too little opportunity for yet so many players
-Killjoy +Raze and im 1000% rocking this on bind
I don't even see a reason for the roster changes. Literally Bleed lost because poor performances from BOTH yay and crazyguy. That doesnt instantly mean people need to be dropped. It's absolutely possible to have 2 bad days in a row. Crazyguy even apologized for his performances, so it's pretty obvious that hes reflecting on it and trying to improve. A team that makes a lot of changes based on performance doesnt believe in team spirit. Just imagine if fnatic kicked thei IGL boaster for bottomfragging in 2 matches. With poor management Bleed are destined to lose.
No im not talking about LOCK//IN
EDG vs PRX has somehow became "the derby"
I know they are scrim partners, but i remember the Champs 2022 opening match when it was EDG's first international LAN ever 🥲🥲
Master tokyo 2023
Champs 2024
Funny how we get the 4th EDG vs PRX in an international tournament
No as in generally people have forgotten these guys
SUP Izzy will always be one of my fav Turkish players. Hairy big duelist daddy
Oasis is the one that has papa DubsteP right?
I don't really follow the Pinoy scene, but holy shit his Reyna and chamber KD are both fucking ridiculous. NAOS apparently is the most likely team to make it to ascension from the philippines?
You have a point.
In todays game (AE vs BOOM), I saw a poor performance from Ray4c, He was playing so much judge and still dying and basically being a useless body. His negative entries 9% headshot rate didn't impress anyone today. I Had a vision for him, but so far it's not going how i thought.
https://x.com/TALON_VALORANT/status/1763489368407199951?s=20 In this tweet Surf revealed that he couldnt play due to Visa issues, I hope we will see him on the starting roster, I saw him streaming ranked today on twitch and he was playing sentinel. Potentially maybe replacing Jitboys?
I'll keep an eye on Lilo. New name to my ears but i'll make sure to watch some of his games, Is he a new player / young prodigy?
Or you learn how to take opinions and stop being oppressive! :)
Naah bro NAOS is currently going head to head with "ZOL Esports" and "OLD STINKY CAT"
Lucky for us Full Sense is winning ascension
Foxz, sushiboys back into franchising where they should've always been
JohnOlsen will finally get to play actual T1
:(
Even Jemkin went 0/14 and got signed to franchising afterwards
1 bad game doesn't determine a player, BUT neither does 1 good game. Consistancy is what matters!
Yeah but there he's playing Raze tho :I
I see your point, and i kinda agree. But he definitely has enough tech to shine on his signature agent Raze
BUMP
Oping? CRYOCELLS 100%
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8It_xjTofZ8 Theres wasnt too many VODS of him unfortunately and it was hard finding one where he stars on defence so he gets to OP a lot. I found too many VODS in Pearl and Haven... :D
Governor Ofc, he flexes a lot in ranked too
Geeza Is a good one, he plays a bit of sova and other agents too, but he's really open with his thought process on stream.
Unfortunately I didnt find VODS for Geeza or Governor but tuning up on their streams is never a bad idea
If you feel like want to practice more attack side and / or flashy entrying, then watch s0m, Something, MONYET (Must watch) or Zekken on Jett.

WOW. JUST WOW. His K/D is absolutely insane
Got me thinking if some of his stats from the Open quals tho. Still absolutely shitting on everyone. He might be a new star if he keeps putting up stats like these throughout the whole season
https://www.vlr.gg/player/9717/lilo
A new player for me
I see he has also played Astra and KJ, so i assume he probably has a bit more disciplined/passive playstyle, like Cryocells or Buzz?
wait wtf it posted the same thing twice
Oh forsure forsureeeee
I forgot to mention, I probably didnt list him bc i was think abt "underrated" and mostly T2 players.
Stew was doing so good in Chinese ascension, but during Kickoff his team was looking a bit Iffy. He could be a good new signing for a team like DRX if JDG ends up flopping horribly
https://www.vlr.gg/player/40367/splash
This guy?
I have never seen/heard about him LMFAO but by glancing at his stats he seems impressive, I'll keep an eye on this guy
I can list some, but can you specify for me which agent class you want to VOD review and if you prefer to see some specific playstyle. I can also give you some of my own points/thoughts from the VODS if you want :-D
Just my opinion, I think he got that bit of loco loco in his playstyle to fit for Paper Rex. Obviously he wont shine the brightest if the rest of his team has another style
Might soon be too late for JohnOlsen, considering players like Aspas, TenZ and Derke are 20-22. Hope he gets to reach his peak potential before retiring
As for Kadoom he sure is a wonderkid with a huge potential in front of him. I'm not a 100% sure but MITH might be keeping him in contract jail, but on the good side he at least has some time to still grow as a player before the grand stage.
I didn't have any confirmed information before, but I was suspecting this was the case. TLN got Surf instead, who also is a cracked Thai duelist.
Thank you for the information!
I think he has that bit of "crazy" to fill the shoes of Jinggg. Yes he's a onetrick raze. No he's not like ZETA TENNNN. I think when one has so much tech and skill on Raze, they for sure deserve to be able to play Raze on every map and to have the team comps play around his skills (atleast in T2)
Hahaha also 0/9 FK/FD
Unluchka game ig. He's been popping off in all the other matches
