Because of their Firepower and players like Leaf and yay, Lan proven duelists. Vanity and Zellsus international LAN proven , ex V1 players. Xeppa is a different beast on his best days.
I placed proven teams based on their past and unproven and newly formed teams based on their potential but everyone knows TS is just washed in 2023. When was the last time Secret made it out of groups? Or qualified for LAN? Bleed can easily defeat Secret and Secret and GenG lacks firepower. I placed GE and T1 based on their potential because they have 4 DUELIST players and haven't figured roles yet but they can take down teams in BF solely by their Firepower itself.

T3xture, SkRossi, LF, Wronski and monyet unproven internationally and have only played in APAC regionally.
Only Bazzi and Ayrin are international LAN proven kekw.

S-Tier :- NAVI = DRX ; LAN proven and NAVI is FPX just +cNed - Ardiis
A-Tier :- LOUD and NRG could be S-Tier but depends on how they perform losing their 2 key players. Judging on 100T's recent performance they can be S tier but still not LAN proven so.
LOUD > NRG> 100T >= FNC = SEN = c9 = TL = PRX
All these teams have massive firepower and can actually defeat S tier teams but 100T has the edge over all A tier teams because 100T as a team was formed much before franchising roster moves. PRX can be S-Tier/B-Tier but that depends on their form.
B-Tier:- VIT = KC = LEV = Zeta = GIANTS
Solid B-Tier teams with some well known and star players like scream, nukkeye, Cloud, Twisten, Taco King, Laz, sheydos
C-Tier:- KOI = Heretics = TaloN = GenG >= T1= GE
KOI and Heretics have the potential to be B-Tier and Talon just hardstuck but pati is back tho.
GenG is ok but not expected to do any serious damage (It's like Hi I'm there too).
T1 and GE are unproven and experimental teams with 4 to 5 duelists players on their team and have potential to go Berserk and defeat all A tier teams or just Flop as Bottom feeders.
D-Tier:- BBL, MiBr, Kru and TS
Not much hope for these teams but they can survive.
Bottom Feeders:-
RRQ can be C tier but they have Ejay as their primary duelist lol but tehbotol and fl1pzjder are LAN proven players so let's see.
Detonation gaming can turn out to be protagonist of the anime and surprise and do some serious damage but as of now they look mehh. Seoldam take my energy I guess.
