Clearly you as a player won't make you play better since you developed your skill . BUT as a team yes because it's way easier to communicate and prepare for matches. Plus, players spend more time together and build maybe that synergy which can make the team feel smooth as an only one imo. I'm not talking about "hey let's play this match or scrim then eachother go do whatever they want with their lives then comeback". I'm talking about they actually spend time together and take time to know eachother (if it's the 1st time together).
