just do more deliberate practice man. when you go into a tdm focus on one thing, whether it's crosshair placement, flicking, movement, whatever. just pick one mechanic to practice and intentionally focus on it

kovaaks is really good for specific ppl. that is ppl that are either completely new to using kb and mouse, and ppl that are very experienced and want to increase their mechanical ceiling

if ur in the in between, practicing in game will help you much more

but again if you enjoy it keep doing it, there are still benefits
