people are setting way too high expectations, literally just asking to be disappointed. should be happy with a series win against a sea/jp team, anything more would be incredible

skrossi is a big fish in a small pond. to the kr teams he will be nothing more than another mediocre jett main

the goat in csgo would easily be the goat in valorant if he dedicated time to it. the games are not that different, no matter how much you say it is. there is a reason 14/15 of the players in NA going to berlin are from csgo.

tenz is good at valorant because of the skills he developed playing cs. he has no "valorant-specific" talent that manifested in this game specifically.

S1mple is a goat on CS but on Valorant he couldn't do crazy things with operator how he does it with the AWP on CS

as if his awp is the only thing that makes him the goat lmao... his rifling is superior to any player in the valorant scene

one of the weakest go-to arguments. hurr look at ethan, look at nitro,

1) you act like ethan and nitr0 are bad players in valorant when they're both on the second best team in na, and are top players in their role
2) trying to use them as an analogy for s1mple is 0 iq room temperature take
2b) yes ethan/nitro were better than tenz in cs. they were 1 tier above him. which is not much considering how vast the scene is.
3) s1mple is also incomparable to ethan or nitro, of course tenz is completely out of the discussion. hes not someone you even hold in the same conversation as these three names. have some self respect comparing the goat of csgo to a player winning in a scene of rejects that is barely a year old

i hate arguing this because it's not even like i dislike tenz or sentinels, im literally going to be rooting for them at berlin. but their fans are actually just another level of delusion

Pros, and fans had huge expectations for him. "Next S1mple, Gen Z Shroud, next big thing in CS" and yeah he failed but people are quick to judge others by failure, you judge him by his failure but forget the ceiling people set for him. That ceiling didn't fall off the planet because he messed up.

i can tell from these sentences that you barely watched pro cs and are literally just vomiting up shit that you've read online. please stop spouting shit that isn't true and trying to make takes on cs/valorant when you clearly only know about one scene. everything you said has predicated on "well pro said" and has no substance whatsoever man, you're out of your depth.

TenZ imo is one of the most mechanically gifted players in fps history

LMFAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
dude there is more to mechanics than crazy aim labs scores i promise
you are in a bubble. "fps history" the world is enormous. there are more to fps than tenz epic flick compilation#999.

ignoring tenz, tactical fps is one of the least mechanically demanding subgenres of FPS. if i had to talk about mechanically talented, i would probably only list 2-3 players MAX from csgo/valorant COMBINED.

made an account for this

I watch VS gameplay and I cannot tell if they are that good or the rest of the region is a meme

For mechanics all of them are very strong. I’m pretty sure they can keep up with the top of NA/EU in terms of shooting. And unlike NUTURN at Iceland they don’t have any weaknesses, like solo and peri (even suggest and allow were inconsistent)

The fact that lakia, who went crazy at Iceland is on the bench for most maps makes me think they’re either dumb as hell or geniuses. But idk. What do you guys think.
