I'm going for RX 6700XT + Ryzen 7 5800X with 32gb RAM(DDR5 5200mhz) .
Target : 1080p 300+ fps on low graphic settings.
Is this setup enough, again my build is completely focused on val (and maybe similar games like cs2) so I'm only going 1080p but I was higher framerate. Will this build be enough? Or do I need better specs?
Also how will this setup hold up if by chance I wanted to play some new AAA games with higher requirements (still on 1080p)

Now that the smokes are Sooo easy to tell when fading, it massively lowers the skill ceiling and removes the split second reaction factor often happening in every match. Also removes value from players who count the seconds to each smoke.

Cheapest Build for 300+ fps on valorant.

So I have a 7900Xt with Ryzen 7 7700 setup with everything else also top tier but due to unforseen circumstances I will not be able to use my setup until December next year ( I will not be home). In the meantime I would be travelling and might have to move around once or twice (will try to avoid).
Now the main problem is : I need a PC. I know my main oc can run any game and I don't wanna spend so much so I'm basically looking to get a budget setup, already have a 240z monitor I'm buying off secondhand. I need the CHEAPEST setup possible to run val on 240+ fps for atleast 1 year. Please pick a few parts for me. For context if needed I am from India. Why I'm not taking my pc with me: too expensive I don't wanna risk it + I'm not sure how much time I would be able to take out for gaming so it's best it stays home.

I'm trying to choose a gaming monitor. A little more info: I'm building a temporary low budget setup for ONLY playing valorant until next year December when I can actually build my high end rig. So I'm a little confused. 1440p or 1080p ? 165hz? 240hz? (I play on 144hz ) and more importantly size. I see most pros use 24inches, when I play at the cafe it's 24inches and it doesn't feel small or anything. I just wanna know if that 3 inches added will help or make it worse.

I'm watching a lot of VCT and VCL, and what I've realised is, a lot of Franchise teams are having good coaches and strats but they lack the team chemistry and individual firepower. On the other hand tier 2 might as well play ranked in terms of strategy but the players are beyond cracked. I feel there needs to be a genuine tournament between the low franchise teams and top tier 2 teams. What do you think would be the out come ? What are a few tier 2 teams expected to go well in the VCT?
