Skye: Heal becomes a regenerative ability, works similar to viper toxins, recharge rate will be much slower, however, with it recharging from empty to full in about 50s to 1 minute. Will help balance the awful bird change, helps Skye stay a decent pick without complete agent assassination while keeping the information nerf they were aiming for. Bird stays signature ability tho.
Sage: Slow orb becomes signature and regenerative ability, regenerates every 30 seconds, first agent with time regenerative Molly like ability, will help sage return to sentinel meta. Heal cost changed to 150 or 200. Slow orb will still have 2 charges, and you can buy the second charge for 200 all the same.
Deadlock: Wall regenerates every 50 seconds, minor change.
In my opinion, agents should still have at least one regenerative ability, through either kills or time, helps keep agents consistent and decent options for the pro meta (with the exception of Reyna, her ult does that for her kinda)
