T1 were 4 rounds away from eliminating SEN out of VCT, that's what Getsys means.
By the way if EMEA format had normal double elim too, we might have witnessed another 2 teams coming into Iceland, and maybe even destroying SEN.
But Rito are stupid, they carried Flukequid all the way with their garbage system. Now ScreaM & Co. have 250 points and might steal Champions slot from a team that actually deserves it.
Masters 2 should have been regional, either you make a normal LAN with 16 teams or don't make at all. 10 teams was a clown fiesta.
SEN lost to Andbox as well. But they did bounce back later and won all the following matches. AND THEY WERE ABLE TO DO THAT BECAUSE NA HAD DOUBLE ELIM.
One loss doesn't mean that the team is bad. BDS, Acend, etc. all deserved 2nd chance. But shit format really fucked them up, and helped Liquid who were having a lucky run.
