Will OCE ever get a slot?

I remember a while back that two OCE teams were supposed to be able to compete in the Na lcq qualifiers to champs but never got the chance to due to visa's and covid. Will there ever be a possibility for there to be a direct OCE slot?

Also not too familiar with the scene there all I know is dickstacy is the coach of one team.

they dont currently have a direct slot (probably due to it being a smaller region?) they play through APAC qualifiers now i believe though

they will only get a direct slot once riot increases internationals to 22 teams
