Riot says that TSM cannot have FTX in their name (i.e TSM FTX Subroza) If anyone can find the reason why, let me know. Asuna thinks it's gonna mess up the contract they have with FTX

because names of team cannot exceed over 4 letters, only exception was Liquid, even Ency had to switch from Envy to NV and Liquid switched from Liquid to TL. idk if im right, but that is what i think. Ok after taking a shit I just noticed I said something stupid as there are lots of teams like Guild that dont use letters
to be fair, I like NV and TL better than say, Envy Victor or Liquid ScreaM. I think keeping it small and simple tends to be better

It has nothing to do with tricodes. Heretics is an example of a code larger than 4 letters. The thing is that Riot has some restrictions regarding some type of business, for example cryptocurrencies. That's the main reason.
