Why is the NA viewership so low?

Even tho the peak is higher in NA
EU has higher avarage viewership in Challanger 1 than NA.
Plus EU is pulling these numbers without any big watch parties like Tarik, Kyedae and Sinatraa.
Is NA dead or just boring?

EMEA matches are watched by asians too , not to the same extend in NA's case (because of timezones)

Well that is actually great news. At least one region is not dependant on popular streamers costreaming or popular streamer teams playing.

It means that the viewers of EMEA care about the competition and not their favourite content creator batchest

Bad results at the end of last year problably didnt help for the hype. But its still good numbers

My guess is that average is better but NA's peak is higher is because in EU they have more exciting games, i don't mean better teams etc, just look at VCT for NA VS EU, IN NA group 1 u got basically a guarantee that either EG and LG are dropping out or 100T's and EG are dropping out, There isn't anything in it same with group 2 there, Either Knights and NRG drop or Rise cause an upset and lose out.

Look at EU now
U have TL throwing pretty hard considering they got top spots last vct, Then u have Navi and FPX Completely coming from nowhere and maybe qualifying, in group 2 u have Guild absolutely destroying when they weren't even expecting to really be in the running for VCT.

There's more teams which are bigger in EU which are losing and causing upsets, while in NA the groups are going basically as planned, There's more hype around EU, That simple

NA also hasnt had some of their better matchups yet. No one trying to watch Knights v LG or some trash tier game. I know some of the watch parties just play ranked or do something else during the trash matchups, because they really just aren't interesting. And some of the late games are on at degen hours for every region but NA.
