This management by T1 has been atrocious for no reason at all. Even when it seems like they have a star roster they somehow mess it all up. They can't be blamed for all of it since players like Ska and Auti probably just didnt want to keep playing but some these decisions are awful.
At one point they had an insane team if they just gave them time. You guys remember when they had to replace spyder(saya) with dawn due to injury? Imagine if Saya came back. T1's roster imo would've been deadly.

Curry(sentinel IGL)
Brax(Initiator)
Or even when Brax and Auti left too- Imagine they dont get rid of ska and force a jett main into controller (again), they force their players to thin themselves out way too much and do the impossible. They literally had Ska play every role and agent, they had auti on sentinel then duelist, they had saya on initiators and controllers despite being a great jett, they made curry an igl when they kicked their igl out and couldnt find an alternative, and then made brax a sova main despite only playing sentinel and expectd all these people to perform well at all times. Now they have 3 igls on the team in the form of steel, thwifo, and curry (curry prob went back to just being a player but thwifo was xset's igl for so long), now they have Seven a great jett main but he's young so now I hope they give him time and not drop him immediately. They also have pwny another jett main and guess what he's playing controller. hopefully they fix their mistakes and give this roster time rather than imploding it when they fail to produce results immediately.
