its 100 percent omen imo, he is even worse then yoru imo
omen has a shit smoke, has to buy the 2nd smoke, tp is useless, ult is the worst in the game (by far), and a decent flash on top of that the omen players in my lobbies dont even know how to smoke and on defense they just smoke of main and think they are destroying the enemy team

In the beta people who picked Phoenix would hide behind a wall in spawn

Phoenix is literally terrible, you have all his util but better on other agents.

as a cypher main who fills when teams need smokes as omen be grateful you have at least shit smokes

Astra when especially with a no comm team

but omen ult can pick up bomb :(

Yoru is much much worse than Omen
