isnt there like a 5min stream delay cuz like team lqiuid the whole team has the stream running on the side when they play. so like does it even have advantages?
2mins? ah now that makes sense. but like why not just increase the stream dealy to like 5 or 10 mins instead of making new rules cuz there is no way riot can control this in online tournaments
