Even with that being said though Shanghai, Seoul, Tokyo etc have all had incredibly good viewership, whilst starting at similar times.

I mean, I think Riot should just show equal interest in all 4 regions. But it definitely feels like they’re overly focusing on the east. Madrid was the last “western” tournament. The last year has been horrible time zones for NA viewers. IMO they should alternate. Do China then emea then apac then Americas then China etc.

val is getting fucked anyway. trying to compete with a 20+ year old game is wrong by itself, they should work on building a trustworthy fanbase first. thats why franchising is not a bad idea by itself but it was made way too early
