That player is shooter. There is one other Pakistani player already playing in MENA, k1ng, but besides these 2 pretty much all other good players retired. Hopefully some new names show up now.

Bahrain or Dubai servers. I honestly couldn't name you any crazy ranked players. Most just peak radiant or immo3 and then never bother playing ranked seriously again.

I meant to type shooter 😭 mb but honestly the situation for pk is so shit no orgs want to invest. And players have to play with high ping you can just hope that some aspiring player gets picked up like how dos9 got picked up

The ping to Dubai and Bahrain isn't bad, usually 20 to 50ms. It's unlikely that Pakistani players will get picked up, they'll probably just compete as free agent or pug teams.
