Makes sense though. Most players are signed already and Crashies has experience and is even english speaker (compared to like some random Turkish talent for example) so easy to fit him in.

Again who? Most tier 1 and tier 2 players have been signed already. Them just going for free agent who has bunch of experience from playing in tier 1 is understandable move. Obviously Crashies hasn't been even close to his peak for some time and is downgrade from Leo, but he should be ok enough to fill in. Also I think any ex-OpTic/NRG player would fit in well to EMEA teams because of similar style and comms (from videos).
