4 years, the weirdest comps in important matches, constant overheating and mistakes, alecks needs to put his foot down, but clearly other than yelling at his monitor he doesn’t do anything
If Chet is a shit coach, alecks is too, just with better players

No proper IGL, roles, strats and discipline is what mainly fucks them.

not wrong, early on the westerners call APAC minor region until PRX finally caught up. Alecks during PRX shiba era said PRX players were running away from sova dart. GenG and EDG (CN) step up but I feel like PRX big problem that they're not ambitious enough, too comfortable knowing they're the best SEA players around.

The chet comparison is the best recent comparison possible. Not making internationals get you replaced.
