Well, looking at all the evidence, even though I'm Brazilian, I know VK will be punished, maybe replay the map or even get totally disqualified isn't unjustified, since it happened before in other VCT events. If the cam is banned on the rulebook, x10 was disqualified for it, I can see the same happening wit VK, let's wait and see Riot's position on this.

I desagree, it could be an accident. Jhow doesn't speak english, there's a high possbility that he didn't know it was banned, since everybody uses it on ranked matches, but still. If there's a rulebook stating this cam is banned and he still used they should be punished, since other teams were already banned, because of this cam, I assum there is a rulebook, wich means that VK will be punished, maybe even desqualified.
if is not in rulebook, then VK can argue maybe. Even if is not Jhow fault, it will be fault with VK by not communicating clearly to the team that they cant use exploit cams. x10 already got punished for it few months ago, they should know it
In ideal world, riot would stop that game when they saw the cam, and then pause it (like yesterday SEN vs Furia)
I don't think VK should be punished. They release two players to go to the bathroom at the same time as the Sentinels team, while a normal landing rolls and nothing happened to them. Not to mention that the landing was entirely due to the organization of Riot not being organized and not knowing what you can really do in your own game. So it would be unfair for VK to be punished after a game like this, while another team also received advantages and did nothing.
