honestly your sleep schedule is probably just going to fix itself when school starts because you will be waking up early anyways i dont think its worth it at all to stay up an entire day if school starts in 2 days, you are just adding stress and ruining your body for no reason. get some rest and try to do something productive like going for a walk

I do this strat all the time. Pro tip: do not stay up the entire day for the second day. It's going to be hard to wake up if you only get your 6-8 hours after not going to sleep. If I were you I would go to sleep at 7 or 8 pm to get a solid 12 hrs of sleep.

You're still going to feel tired but it's manageable.

Damn i didn't even read the whole post. If you keep failing at the staying up part. Drink an energy drink, and most definitely DO NOT LAY IN BED when you start feeling tired. You will 100% crash.

I like doing this too when resetting my sleep schedule (usually after a long holiday) and what helps me is:
Wake up at around 12pm on 1st day.
Drink coffee when wake up and then constantly sip energy drink. Do not drink too much though or you will get really tired and get more sleepy. I'd say stop drinking any caffeine 6-8 hours before you sleep
For the staying up part I just watch some shows, if I start becoming sleepy stretching and walking around my room helps. Taking a shower helps as well.
Definitely don't lay in bed or rest your head. I usually sleep around 5 to 6pm and wake up at like 6am.
Oh yeah also definitely do not beat the meat bro because you will be tired asf xd
