Why should premier team recruit import tho, i don't think they play in GH just to play premier

What is GH? Also reject is playing with 2 imports now ( they wanted icebear in which i think is pointless because duelist in japan is easy to get), but yeah generally a premier team don't recruit imports, but rules don't state that you cannot play with more than 2 imports which makes me suspicious of the team above.

I think for subregions, koreans are still considered an import in vcj, unless you mean koreans but playing in vcj as their first career?

remember the mongolz situation? They won premier for JP region but never got the invitation to play in JP challengers as the rule from premier -> challengers require 3/5 JP players. So as long as you stay in premier, there's no rule for imports, but when you qualify to challengers, thats when import become matters.

Yeah I very much do, which is one of the reasons why I'm asking.

The difference between mongolz and oldtown is mongolz have no dedicated server/premier for Mongolians to play. While oldtown can always play in korean premier but they choose to play in jp premier, they know full well what happened to mongolz and still chooses to play here...

They shouldn't complain or rather they can't complain if riot jp suddenly barred them from playing further imo
