If VIT wasn't able to solve the Derke Situation they would try to get xeus instead but they solved the problem and nearly every EMEA team got their main duelist sooooooo yeah BBL seems to be the move for xeus. BUT never forget that BBL is such a shitty org so everything can go wrong
