shrike-

after his subpar performance (for his standards) yesterday i was wondering what exactly makes his playstyle actually work for the teams he plays for

super passive on jett of all agents and yet he is still consistently on the top of his region, even when his support isn’t that crazy anymore

why is he always on top when there are duelists in americas who play a lot more traditionally that don’t get as far as him?

aspas is a very mech heavy player and hes a smart player as well

u know he will just shoot and not miss (usually)

remember t0cotacilla last year, he was terrible

aspas has one of the best mechanics in the game on top of being a very smart player and his movement is top tier on jett(only something comes close in terms of movement) also a calm and composed player who rarely panics

also his 3 first duels in 48 rounds woulda been way higher if he hit some op shots

playstyle-wise, he's like cryo, passive jett who's obsessed with making the correct plays, always choosing his duels wisely. but aspas movement is way better that even in unfavorable situations he's still really hard to punish
