if a girl regrets having consensual sex after the fact does that make it SA what?
(I'm sorry if I said something wrong I'm basing this off what I know so far)

no it's not SA, the accusations here are more about physical and emotional abuse 🗿
i just see everyone saying he's a woman abuser but what are the actual claims of the victim I cant find it
No, consent during sex is all that matters
If regret counted as SA most breakups would land the guy in jail
how do you prove that the sex was consensual or not? (general question to anyone btw)
so... do you record the other person giving consent? like video tape/audio record them?
usually its like CCTV and security cams n stuff but thats the reason a lot of rape cases go unsolved
how do people get cctv or security cam footage of people giving consent? like do the police install cameras inside hotel rooms n shit?
Not sure if this is what is happening in this situation but often when people talk about regret and SA it's more as someone pressuring one party over and over while they keep saying no until they finally agree. Then afterwards the party realizes what happened and feel regret and used. So not as black and white as the usual SA but imo it still is scummy af and on the bounds of actual SA.
